Advocate M. I. Zargar Patnavi is a distinguished legal professional and humanitarian leader committed to promoting global peace, justice, and human rights. Through his leadership and diplomatic engagement, he has contributed significantly to initiatives aimed at strengthening legal awareness, social justice, and humanitarian cooperation.

As Director General of the National Human Rights Social Justice Council of India – Global WWAO, he actively works to promote constitutional values, human dignity, and equal rights while supporting programs related to legal awareness, women empowerment, and community welfare.

Shamim Mustafa is a dedicated human rights activist and social leader committed to promoting justice, equality, and women’s empowerment. As the National General Secretary for Women Empowerment & Rehabilitation of the National Human Rights Social Justice Council of India – Global WWAO, she plays an active role in supporting initiatives that strengthen social justice, humanitarian values, and community welfare.

Through her leadership and social work, she focuses on empowering women, supporting vulnerable communities, and encouraging awareness about human rights and social harmony. Her work reflects a strong commitment to building a more inclusive and compassionate society.

In addition to her humanitarian initiatives, she brings diverse professional expertise as an MBA graduate with experience in event management, digital design, professional training, and team leadership, along with her role as a social activist. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to connect with communities and promote positive social change through education, creativity, and leadership.
